I-Impact Announces Appointment of
Janet McAllister as CEO
SAN JOSE, Calif., (Nov. 10, 1999)I-Impact Inc., a leader in software technology and services for identifying, evaluating and optimizing economic performance of commercial web sites, announced today the appointment of Janet McAllister as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Janet McAllister comes to I-Impact from IBM Corporation, where she has held a number of prestigious positions since 1984, most recently as Corporate Vice President and Chief Learning Officer. In the past, Janet held the following additional positions: Director, Consulting and Systems Integration Services and Director, IBM Global Services Institute. Janet has a BA, mathematics from California State University and an MBA from University of California at Berkeley.

I-Impact made its announcement at the VentureOne Premiere, a first-of-its-kind conference bringing together leading angel investors and venture capitalists with a select group of angel-backed startup companies. The event, held on November 8-9, provides a venue for venture capitalists to become acquainted with companies previously known only to their private investors, and offers the companies a bridge to their next stage of financing.
