Professional Bio
Lee has accumulated more than twenty years experience in the computer industry, having held Director and VP positions in sales, marketing, and product management with reseller, distributor, software publishing, and dot-com firms. In addition to his broad technical expertise, Lee is well versed in marketing and channel management and has been a featured panelist at three conferences, including an SPA Symposium (now SIIA - Software & Information Industry Assn.).

Lee led the design team at OnDemand that delivered B2B Partner Relationship Management portals for such companies as Microsoft, HP, and Verisign. He joined OnDemand in May 2000 after five years as an independent web designer and multimedia producer. The company he founded created high-profile business and consumer web presences, and some of the first e-commerce-enabled and database-powered sites on the Web. After OnDemand, he returned to that business and is expanding into other markets.

In the early 1990s Lee was Director of Product Planning for the $75 million Macintosh division of worldwide distributor Merisel, and in the early 1980s he started a computer dealership that sold Apple, Commodore, Atari and CP/M machines. Lee’s diverse background has provided him a multi-perspective view of evolving market dynamics and best practices.

Lee holds memberships in several industry-related organizations, including the Software Developers Forum (SDForum), the Silicon Valley Association of Software Entrepreneurs (SVASE), and the Society for Technical Communication (STC). He studied mechanical engineering and business at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, entrepreneurship at Stanford University, and received an Associate degree in Technical Communications from De Anza College, Cupertino.
