Systems Engineers
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Description: Responsible for presales and ongoing support of I-Impact products. Help define customer requirements, solve conflicts between hardware, software and networking issues, and are able to understand business intelligence reports and its underlying data requirements. Work with customers to install and configure I-Impact products and able to implement data extraction, transformation, and ETL process. Evaluate new versions of I-Impact software products and write support notes. The candidate needs to be able to effectively communicate with executive management within the customer organization.
Required Skills Include:
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Operations Research or equivalent in work experience
- Database administration skills (Oracle or MS SQL Server)
- Strong SQL skills across multiple platforms, including Oracle and SQL Server on NT and UNIX
- Relational database design and logical data modeling
- System administration experience, NT or UNIX
- Experience setting up web servers, authoring HTML, Java servlets
- Experience with star schema design and OLAP implementation

Senior Software Engineer/Developer

Job Description: Design and implementation of web application using Java applets on the client side and servlets on the server side. Must be able to work within a team environment, have good communication and people skills.
Required Skills Include:

- Experienced in project management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experienced in Java and web applications
- Experienced with Object Oriented Programming
- Experienced with SQL query processing
- Experienced with defining and implementing GUIs
